View / Lookup DPS Transactions
You can login to your DPS account anytime to view the actual payment transactions as shown below.
All transactions will be listed including the date and time of the transaction as well as the type of transaction (ie. Purchase, Auth, Complete, Refund).
You will be able to search for any transactions for any card by entering the DPS Pay Ref that will be in the Payment record in your iBex account.
DPS provide iBex with a Pay Ref whenever a payment is made through their system. This ref is applicable to the actual card used (and not the payment) so if you complete, token, or refund a payment then the same pay ref will be used by DPS as it's for the same card.
