Some users have recently reported that the saved username and password in their web browser is no longer saved.
If you can't remember your password you may have to reset your password to be able to regain access to iBex - just follow these steps:
  1. Open the log in screen by clicking https://ibex.seekom.com
  2. Click on the Forgot Password? link (just below Password field)
  3. Enter your Username and click on Reset Password
  4. You will receive an email which will let you reset your password and regain access to your account.
Once you have created a new password, your browser should prompt you on login whether you would like your new password re-saved.
Important Note for Callista users:
If you are a user of iBex Online Plus connected to Callista you will need to advise Callista Support of your modified password for the connection.
