Seekom iBex booking and enquiry screens are secure (being secured by a security certificate) however if they are embedded within a website page as an iframe (as opposed to being opened as a separate popup window) your website visitors do not have the security of knowing this.
Website browser software (eg. Chrome by Google) is now highlighting to website visitors any page that is not fully secure where data input is required - such as booking screens, contact forms, etc.
We provide 3 options for you to give your customers confidence that bookings and enquiries are being made in a secure environment:
Popup launch of Seekom booking/enquiry screens
With this method it can clearly seen that the booking and enquiry screens carry the https prefix and are covered by a security certificate.

Pros: There is no cost for this option.
Cons: The website visitor will leave your site and screens will not exactly match the look of your website.
Redirect to secure group site
Where you have your website hosted by Seekom we can provide an option for up to 3 booking/enquiry screens to be hosted on a group secure site. The pages holding your booking/enquiry screens will be styled to match your site and it will not be apparent to most website visitors that the site address/url has changed. Navigation links on the pages will be back to your own website.
Example: Visit our demo site and you will see the site address/url changes when you navigate to booking or enquiry pages however the look remains consistent.
Pros: Your website visitor will see a consistent look across all your website pages/screens.
Cons: There is a cost to set up the pages (we estimate up to 1.5 hours) and a $5 + tax monthly hosting charge.
Site Security Certificate
Where you have your website hosted by Seekom we can provide provide an maintain a security certificate for your site. This is recommended where you are likely to require greater than 3 pages with input forms (eg. booking, enquries, surveys, newsletter subscription, etc).
